You are your only client and therefore work as quickly as you’d like. - A discount of up to 20% on fixed price family law services for colleagues and their families
- Family mediation is also covered across this sector and prices depend on the level of mediation required

All colleagues will receive up to 25% off probate packages***. No money is requested up front for any subsequent probate work apart from the court fee of £273. Our fees are taken from the estate once Probate has been completed.
Probate is not always necessary when someone passes away, but if it is required, it is referred to as the ‘Grant of Probate’ in England & Wales or ‘Confirmation’ in Scotland.
When you are looking at applying for the Grant of Probate, there is a form to be completed called ‘PA1’ which is used in England and Wales and submitted to the Probate Registry.
Probate/Confirmation in Scotland is slightly different and may attract a higher fee scale. In Scotland, when applying for ‘Confirmation’, the form that is required to be completed is called ‘C1/C5’ and this gets submitted to the relevant Sheriff’s Court in Scotland.

A complex and specialist area of law, we deal with will disputes, contentious probate matters, as well as property litigation. Our experience has shown that it is usually possible to resolve a dispute without the need to take it to trial. Our key focus is to act with speed and add value to your position to resolve the problem or issue you have.
For complex areas of law such as litigation, where costs can change as events develop, the solicitor may be unable to provide a fixed fee arrangement at the outset, however, a rate of discount will still be applied.
All colleagues will receive up to 20% off.
Every colleague is entitled to a free 30 minute consultation and up to 20% discount on fees.
